Contract terms
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between JoDev Digital and its clients, whether private individuals or businesses, for the services provided.
These terms apply to all services offered by JoDev Digital, including website creation, web and mobile application development, custom digital solutions, consulting, optimization and maintenance services.
Each service is defined in a quote or written proposal describing the scope, expected features, indicative timelines and price.
Any request outside the original quote is subject to an additional agreement.
Quotes issued by JoDev Digital remain valid for thirty (30) days.
An order becomes final after written acceptance of the quote, signature or email validation and, when applicable, payment of the required deposit.
Prices are expressed in euros (€), excluding taxes unless stated otherwise.
Unless a specific agreement states otherwise, a deposit may be required at project kickoff. The balance is due on delivery or according to the payment schedule defined in the quote.
Invoices are payable within a maximum of thirty (30) days from the issue date. Late-payment penalties may apply in accordance with current French legislation.
Delivery timelines are provided for information only. They may be extended in particular if the client provides required materials late or if the initial scope changes.
The client agrees to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, as well as all content and access required to carry out the project properly.
Unless stated otherwise, intellectual property rights on deliverables are transferred to the client after full payment of all outstanding sums.
JoDev Digital reserves the right to mention the project as a reference unless the client objects in writing.
JoDev Digital is bound by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for indirect damages or data loss resulting from the use of the services.
In accordance with applicable law, private clients have fourteen (14) days to exercise their right of withdrawal, unless execution of the service began with their express consent.
In the event of a serious breach by either party of its obligations, the contract may be terminated after formal notice remains without effect.
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable resolution before any legal action.
